Exhibitions and Missions

Why Exhibitions are Important

International exhibitions are among the most effective tools for promoting Egyptian food exports globally. They provide companies with direct access to international buyers, create opportunities for networking, showcase the competitiveness of Egyptian products, and contribute to increasing exports and foreign currency inflows.

Our Services

  • Securing and managing space under the umbrella of national pavilions or on an individual basis.
  • Stand design and construction.
  • Technical and logistical support.
  • Promotional and marketing activities (catalogues, advertising spaces, cooking shows, media coverage).
  • On-site support before, during, and after the exhibition.

Trade Missions

The Council organizes innovative trade missions to non-traditional markets, especially those lacking sufficient information or strong specialized exhibitions.

These missions are carefully designed following deep market studies, including exploratory visits and coordination with local experts, business organizations, and importer associations. In close cooperation with Egyptian embassies and the Commercial Service, the Council ensures exporters receive all necessary guidance—covering market access requirements, export procedures, product standards, shipping routes, quality certifications, and financial transfers.

This comprehensive approach enables Egyptian companies to successfully penetrate new markets and build sustainable export growth.
